VR Logistics 360 ° 3D is not a traditional virtual tour. It is a completely new form of immersive 3D media that invites you to explore a place as if you were really there.
We scan the complete real estate with a special 360 ° 3D camera, with depth, high dynamic range (HDR) and RAW data.
This allows the user to walk through the entire house and explore every detail.
A very special highlight is the so-called "doll house" view. This allows you to view the property from the bird's perspective as an interactive 3D model.
Each room can be individually named and the camera flies back to the selected room.
The highlights can be marked and provided with informations like manufacturer and weblinks.
This can be done with a conventional smartphone and a cardboard pair of glasses.
These glasses are very inexpensive and can be sent e.g. as a promotional gift to your customers.
Because the entire system is browser-based, it can be used with any PC, smartphone and tablet.
The link is simply sent to the customer and the property can be immediately viewed in the browser.

This package is already available from 3490 € + VAT and contains everything from scanning to the finished interactive browser link with your real estate.
Clicking on the Virtual Reality icon allows you to switch to VR mode and walk trough the property with VR glasses.
With the use of this technique, the viewer can explore the house from the ego perspective and get a clear feeling of size and dimensions.
